1.3 Messages & Media
Text messages are stored locally on the user's device only and are NOT stored on our servers.
Uploaded media (images, videos, voice messages, posts, or "buzz") are stored temporarily for 24 hours and then automatically deleted from our servers.
1.4 Permissions Used by the App
The app requests access to:
Storage/files — to upload media
Microphone — to record and send voice messages
Battery optimization exemption — to ensure stable message delivery
Internet access — required for app functionality
Note: We do not request any unnecessary permissions.
1.5 SYSTEM_ALERT_WINDOW Permission
The app uses the SYSTEM_ALERT_WINDOW ("draw over other apps") permission for essential functionality:
1. Battery Optimization Control
Purpose: When the app starts, it checks whether battery optimization is enabled.
Function: If battery optimization is active, the app opens the system settings page so the user can manually disable it.
Reason: Ensures the app can continue running in the background without interruption.
2. Background Voice Call Service
Location: VoiceForegroundService
Purpose: Keeps voice calls active even when the app is running in the background.
This permission is required for:
Receiving real-time messages without delays
Ensuring voice calls do not disconnect when the app is minimized
Delivering notifications instantly
Maintaining the continuous operation of the ping service
2. How We Use Your Data
We use collected data for the following purposes:
To create and manage your account
To secure your login sessions (device ID, IP address)
To help with password recovery
To display accurate "last seen" and online status
To deliver messages and media between users
To maintain the performance and security of our services
To process payments and provide access to paid features through an external payment provider
Privacy Guarantee: We do not sell or rent users' personal information. Limited data may be shared with trusted third-party service providers (such as payment processors) strictly for providing essential services, and only to the extent necessary to complete transactions securely.
3. Media Storage & Deletion Policy
All uploaded media (posts, stories, buzz, voice messages, chat images) is stored on our servers for 24 hours only.
After 24 hours, all files are permanently deleted automatically from our system.

Limited access to user data
Automatic deletion of temporary files

VibersChat offers optional paid features and services. All payments are processed through EasyKash, a secure external third-party payment gateway accessed via WebView inside the app.
Important notes:
VibersChat does NOT collect, store, or process users' payment card details.
All payment information is entered directly on EasyKash's secure page.
Payment data is handled in accordance with EasyKash's own privacy and security policies.
VibersChat only receives confirmation of successful or failed transactions.
